Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
1. APPLICABILITY
This policy applies to all purchases made on Vrikaa, a brand owned and operated by Vervee Couture Private Limited.
2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
a. The product is damaged or defective
b. The product received is incorrect or significantly different from the description.
Return requests must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
a. Customized or personalized products
b. Altered products
c. Products made to order
d. Accessories (if applicable)
e. Products marked as non-returnable on the product page
4. PRODUCT CONDITION
To be eligible for return, the product must:
a. Be unused and unworn
b. Have original tags intact
c. Be returned in original packaging
Products failing quality checks may not be eligible for return or refund.
5. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return:
• Log in to your account and request a return via the order page
• Or contact our support team for assistance
All return requests are subject to approval.
6. REFUNDS
Once the returned product is received and passes quality inspection:
a. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, or
b. Store credit may be issued, at our discretion
Refund timelines:
• 10–15 business days after approval
• Actual credit time may vary depending on the bank/payment provider
The refund amount shall not exceed the value of the purchased product.
7. EXCHANGES
Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval.
• Only size exchanges may be considered (if applicable)
• Customized or altered products are not eligible for exchange
8. CANCELLATIONS
Order cancellations are allowed only within a limited time window after order placement.
• Once the order is processed, packed, or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible
• Sale or promotional orders may not be eligible for cancellation
9. DISCRETION CLAUSE
Vrikaa reserves the right to accept or reject any return, exchange, or refund request after evaluation.
