This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed on Vrikaa, a brand owned and operated by Vervee Couture Private Limited, through our website.
2. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

3. DELIVERY TIMELINES
Estimated delivery timelines are displayed on the product page and may vary depending on:
• Ready-to-Ship products
• Made-to-Order products
• Customization or alteration requirements
Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.
4. DELAYS
Vervee Couture Private Limited shall not be liable for delays caused due to:
a. Courier partner issues
b. Force majeure events
c. Incorrect or incomplete address details
d. Regulatory or logistical disruptions
5. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or any additional local charges (if applicable) must be borne by the customer.
6. CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS
Requests for shipping address changes must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once an order has been dispatched, address changes cannot be accommodated.
7. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
Upon dispatch, customers will receive shipment tracking details via email or SMS.
Once an order is marked as delivered, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.
8. DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES
If the package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, customers must notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
9. PRODUCT INSURANCE
All orders are insured until delivery confirmation. Insurance coverage ends once the product is successfully delivered.
